Hege Hermansen is a Professor of Education at the Centre for the Study of Professions at Oslo Metropolitan University. She is also affiliated with LINK Centre for Learning, Innovation and Academic Development at the University of Oslo. Her research interests include knowledge practices in professional education and work. Currently, she leads a NORHED project on technology-enhanced learning in the Palestinian higher education sector (funded by Norad, 2021-2026). Hege is among the initiators of the national call for Academic boycott in Norway, and a driving force of the Academia for Palestine group.
